Important information about your Resort Sampler award during the Coronavirus emergency:

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, all live Search & Book functionality is currently being paused until there is greater certainty that conditions for travel will once again be safe.  This situation will be reviewed daily and live booking could open up at any time.  You will be notified via email when the booking engine is up and running again.

While live bookings are temporarily on hold, you can still create an account or access your existing account.  Once you log into your account, you can:

  1. Register your award.
  2. Transfer an award to a friend or relative.
  3. Update your contact information (highly encouraged!)

Further, you will be able to create a Reservation Request for a future booking, once travel can safely be resumed.  Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select the Resort Sampler award you would like to use.
  3. Search for the Destination and Dates you would like to Request.

You will be presented with a simple form that will advise us of your intentions and place you in “que” so we can contact you when availability opens up.

How to contact Resort Sampler:

  1. Call our Reservations Department at 800-790-8175.  We operate from 9am – 6pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.  If calling after hours, leave us a message.  All messages left are transcribed and transmitted to our Customer Service staff around the clock.
  2. Us the Contact Us form to document any issue any time of the day.
  3. Simply reply to any previous email you received from customerservice@resortsampler.com. (Make sure you add that email address to your list of trusted senders and/or check your spam folder regularly just in case.)
