What is a Resort Condo?
Resort condominiums are different from hotels. The big difference is the size of the accommodations.
| What you'll find at most Resort Condominiums: - Larger, more spacious units
- Fully-equipped kitchens in most units
- Comfortable furnishings like sofas and big screen tv's
- Limited housekeeping (twice per week)
- Pools/Spas/Playgrounds
| What you WON'T find at most Resort Condominiums: - Full service restaurants
- Room service
- Daily maid service
- Doormen/Bell Hops
| Studio Units  - A single oversized room
- Sleeps 2 adults, 2 kids
- Queen-sized bed + sleeper sofa
- One full bathroom
- Small kitchenette w/ microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, etc.
NOTE: Most studio-sized units in Branson, Williamsburg and Gatlinburg only sleep 2 adults..
there is not enough room for a sleeper sofa. 1-Bedroom Units  - Two rooms.. master bedroom and living room/kitchen/dining area
- Sleeps up to 4 adults
- King- or Queen-sized bed in Master Bdrm + sleeper sofa in the Living Room
- Usually one bathroom
- Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker
- Dishes/silverware, etc.
2-Bedroom Units
 - Three rooms.. master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room/kitchen/dining area
- Sleeps up to 6 adults
- King- or Queen-sized bed in bedrooms + sleeper sofa in the Living Room
- Two full bathrooms
- Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker
- Dishes/silverware, etc.
