What is a Resort Condo?

Resort condominiums are different from hotels.  The big difference is the size of the accommodations.

What you'll find at most Resort Condominiums:

  • Larger, more spacious units
  • Fully-equipped kitchens in most units
  • Comfortable furnishings like sofas and big screen tv's
  • Limited housekeeping (twice per week)
  • Pools/Spas/Playgrounds

 

What you WON'T find at most Resort Condominiums:

  • Full service restaurants
  • Room service
  • Daily maid service
  • Doormen/Bell Hops

Studio Units

Studio Units
  • A single oversized room
  • Sleeps 2 adults, 2 kids
  • Queen-sized bed + sleeper sofa
  • One full bathroom
  • Small kitchenette w/ microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, etc.

NOTE: Most studio-sized units in Branson, Williamsburg and Gatlinburg only sleep 2 adults..
there is not enough room for a sleeper sofa.

1-Bedroom Units

One-Bedroom Units
  • Two rooms.. master bedroom and living room/kitchen/dining area
  • Sleeps up to 4 adults
  • King- or Queen-sized bed in Master Bdrm + sleeper sofa in the Living Room
  • Usually one bathroom
  • Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker
  • Dishes/silverware, etc.


2-Bedroom Units

Two-Bedroom Units
  • Three rooms.. master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room/kitchen/dining area
  • Sleeps up to 6 adults
  • King- or Queen-sized bed in bedrooms + sleeper sofa in the Living Room
  • Two full bathrooms
  • Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker
  • Dishes/silverware, etc.
