What You Have
This certificate is valid for up to 7 nights resort accommodations only. It does not include transportation, meals, all-inclusive fees, if applicable, tips, telephone charges, service charges, incidental expenses and other items of a personal nature. Also, some jurisdictions may impose a tax on the transient occupancy of resort accommodations.Any such tax on transient occupancy shall be the responsibility of the occupants of the accommodations.
For Certificates numbered 9-0-XXXX:
This certificate entitles you to seven (7) night’s accommodations for up to two adults and two children (under age 18) in a studio resort suite. Studio units are typically a single oversized hotel room with limited kitchen facilities. Most studios include a queen sized bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa.
For Certificates numbered 9-1-XXXX:
This certificate entitles you to seven (7) night’s accommodations for up to six adults in a 1-or 2- bedroom resort suite, plus a $250 Travel Allowance. One bedroom resort suites are typically two rooms including a master bedroom with bath and a living/dining room with a full kitchen. Two bedroom units have an additional bedroom and usually two bathrooms. In the event that a 1-or 2- bedroom unit is not available at the destination and resort on the dates you request, you will be offered the largest unit available at time of booking. If a studio-sized unit is the largest available, no credit or compensation will be offered.

This certificate entitles you to seven (7) night’s accommodations for up to six adults in a 1-or 2- bedroom resort suite, plus a $500 Travel Allowance. One bedroom resort suites are typically two rooms including a master bedroom with bath and a living/dining room with a full kitchen. Two bedroom units have an additional bedroom and usually two bathrooms. In the event that a 1-or 2- bedroom unit is not available at the destination and resort on the dates you request, you will be offered the largest unit available at time of booking. If a studio-sized unit is the largest available, no credit or compensation will be offered.

Your certificate is void unless registered by JANUARY 15TH, 2010. There is no cost to Register your certificate!
Note: You may transfer your Resort Sampler certificate to any individual of your choosing (age 21 or over), but you must request this transfer no later than JANUARY 15TH, 2010. Once your certificate is registered, only the Registered Certificate Holder or the individual you transfer your certificate to will be eligible to reserve resort accommodations in the future.
All travel on this certificate must be completed by February 15th 2011.
Check-In Days
Check-in days are generally restricted to Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Note: you are not required to occupy your resort condominium all seven nights; you may check out at any time during your stay. You are required, however, to arrive on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Upgrades (Applies to Certificates numbered 9-0-XXXX)
Your certificate is good for 7 nights accommodations in a Studio unit, and some Studio units can only accommodate 2 occupants. To accommodate larger parties or to provide you with the most comfort during your stay, upgrades may be available to 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom resort units for an additional, highly discounted surcharge.

All accommodations are subject to availability and are listed on your certificate. Updates can be found by clicking on the “Explore Destinations” tab of this web site. Additional destinations and dates may be available, but remember, all travel on this certificate must be complete by February 15th 2011. Reservations are filled on a first come, first served, space available basis. Some black-out dates apply.

Using Your Certificate
You may request travel on your Resort Sampler certificate one of two ways: you may submit a Reservations Request on this web site by going to the Request A Reservations tab or by calling 800-790-8175 and speaking to a reservations agent.
Any request for a destination and travel date must be at least 30 days in advance of requested arrival date, but no more than 9 months in advance (every attempt will be made to search for and reserve units during any period of the travel window).
There is no cost to request a travel destination and date for this certificate.
A Reservations Deposit of $149 is only due at the time reservations are confirmed. Payment must be made with a major credit card. Your Reservations Deposit will be automatically refunded within 30 days of travel (along with your $250 or $500 Travel Allowance, if applicable). All deposit refunds and Travel Allowances are refunded by check and are not credited back on the credit card you used for your deposit.
Important Note: Cancellation of confirmed reservations or failure to check-in on your scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of your reservations deposit. any surcharges paid for upgraded accommodations, and your Travel Allowance if applicable. Further, you will not be able to request future reservations on your Resort Sampler certificate.
