How To Book A Trip
Before you can book a trip, you must have an account here at the new Resort Sampler website. If you have already registered your award(s), we have created your account for you. Just follow these easy steps to search for a resort and book online:
- Click on the "Get Going" link above.
- Click on "Log In", enter the e-mail address you used to register your award, then press "Request Password". A temporary password will be sent to your email address. Get this temporary password form your email, then enter it on the Log In page and click Log In. You'll be taken to the account information you provided when you registered your award.
- Select the award you would like to use for booking a trip… enter the Destination and Date you want to go… then click "Search."
NOTE: You can change your contact details and select a permanent password at any time by clicking on "Update Account."

What You Have
Your certificate is valid for up to 7 nights resort accommodations only. It does not include transportation, meals, all-inclusive fees (if applicable), tips, telephone charges, service charges, incidental expenses and other items of a personal nature. Also, some jurisdictions may impose a tax on the transient occupancy of resort accommodations. Any such tax on transient occupancy is your responsibility, and is paid directly to the resort.
Base Award Winners. Your Certificate is numbered 10-0-XXXX. It entitles you to seven (7) night's accommodations for up to two adults and two children (under age 18) in a studio resort suite. Studio units are typically a single oversized hotel room with limited kitchen facilities. Most studios include a queen sized bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Some resorts, including most in Mexico, Branson, Williamsburg and Gatlinburg have Studio suites that can only accommodate 2 adults total.
Upgrade Award Winners. Your Certificate is numbered 10-1-XXXX. It entitles you to seven (7) night's accommodations for up to four adults in a 1-bedroom resort suite, plus a $250 Travel Allowance. One bedroom resort suites are typically two rooms including a master bedroom with bath and a living/dining room with a full kitchen. In the event that a 1-bedroom unit is not available at the destination and resort on the dates you request, you may be offered a studio-sized unit or a 2-bedroom unit at the time of booking. If a studio unit is booked, no credit or compensation will be offered. If a 2-bedroom unit is the only unit available, your will be offered this unit for a discounted upgrade charge.
Upgrade + Award Winners. Your Certificate is numbered 10-2-XXXX. It entitles you to seven (7) night's accommodations for up to six adults in a 2- bedroom resort suite, plus a $500 Travel Allowance. Two-bedroom units have a total of three rooms and usually two bathrooms. In the event that a 2- bedroom unit is not available at the destination and resort on the dates you request, you will be offered the largest unit available at time of booking. If a studio-sized or 1-bedroom unit is the largest available, no credit or compensation will be offered.

Check-In Days
Check-in days are generally restricted to Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Note: you are not required to occupy your resort condominium all seven nights; you may check out at any time during your stay. You can also arrive later than your scheduled check-in day, but we advise you to call the resort and let them know.

Upgrades
To accommodate larger parties or to provide you with the most comfort during your stay, upgrades may be available to 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom resort units for an additional, highly discounted surcharge.

Where You Can Go
All accommodations are subject to availability, and specific destinations and/or resorts may be added to or deleted from the program at any time. A sample of the most popular destinations is listed on your certificate, but may change. Participating resorts can be searched in the Explore Directory portion of this website, but keep in mind that only a portion of these resorts will have inventory available on the dates you want to travel. To find specific availability for your award, you must log in to your account and search using one of your registered awards.
All travel on this certificate must begin by February 15th 2012.

Reservation Deposit
A refundable Reservations Deposit of $149 is due only at the time reservations are confirmed. Payment must be made with a major credit card. Refunds of the Reservations Deposit are made by check and are processed the first week of the month following your check-out date.

Travel Allowances
For certificates numbered 10-1-XXXX, your $250 Travel Allowance will be sent to you along with your $149 Reservations Deposit Refund. For certificates numbered 10-2-XXXX, your $500 Travel Allowance will be sent to you along with your $149 Reservations Deposit Refund.

Cancellations
Important: Cancellation of confirmed reservations or failure to check-in on your scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of your reservations deposit, any surcharges paid for upgraded accommodations, and your Travel Allowance if applicable. Further, you will not be able to request future reservations on your Resort Sampler certificate.

Create An Account, Register Your Award
Follow these easy steps to create an account and register your award(s)
- Click on the "Get Going" link on the Home Page.
- Click on "Create Account", enter your email address, then click "Submit." We'll send a Validation Number to you by email. Get the Validation Number from your email and return to the Create Account page.
- Enter your Validation Number, then click "Submit". You'll be taken to an Account Form where you will provide your contact information, select a Password, and will Register your awards. We'll send you an email confirming all your information.
NOTE: You can register your awards at any time after creating your account, but please do so before January 15th, 2012.

How To Book A Trip
Make sure you have your email address and password on hand, as you must access your account in order to book a trip. Then follow these simple instructions:
- Click on the "Get Going" link on the Home Page.
- Click on "Log In", enter the e-mail address you used to register your award and password you selected, then click "Submit". You will see your account details, including a list of your awards and each award's status.
- Select the award you would like to use for booking a trip… enter the Destination and Date you want to go… then click "Search."
NOTE: You can change your contact details at any time by clicking on "Update Account."
